Eyeshadow is used to highlight the eyes in various shades like blue, purple etc. Of course, there are many types of shadows that have different uses but these are generally used under the eye or on the eyelids to make it look more defined and highlighted.

Mascara is used to making your lashes look thicker and longer. There are many types of mascaras that give different effects like some which can lengthen etc. It is advisable to use mascara after applying both foundation and eyeshadow since if you apply it on the top of makeup, it will get messy and will make your makeup look bad.

5. Highlighter

Highlighter is used as a topcoat to makeup to highlight some parts of your face or body which you want to define more like cheekbones, brow bones etc. It makes the highlighted part stand out and gives it definition and glow.

6. Lip Balm

Lip balm is used to moisturize your lips. Sometimes, it can double up as a color too like tinted lip balms which will give a sheer color, or some lip glosses which have glitter in them. You need to be careful while using these since they may not fit the occasion you wish for and generally should be avoided on informal occasions.

7. Concealer

Concealer is used to give your skin a clean and flawless look by covering up any acne, pimples or any other skin problems you have before applying the rest of your makeup. It is best to choose concealers in light colors which match your skin tone so they will cover up without looking too heavy or unnatural.
