Keanu Reeves - Dracula

With a cast including Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder, and Anthony Hopkins, one would think that actor Keanu Reeves would be able to excel as a supporting character. This wasn’t the case in the 1992 version of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. Even with great box office success and several Academy Award nominations, Reeves was sorely out of place. In an article by AskMen reads “It’s one thing to cast Keanu Reeves as an esteemed British lawyer, but it’s quite another to ask him to act alongside Gary Oldman and Anthony Hopkins. The two Oscar nominees ran circles around the poor Canuck, exposing his lack of range, shoddy accent, and abysmal instincts for all to see.”
