India’s Alappuzha Beach is known locally for the large and varied amount of deadly creatures that inhabit the nearby waters. These include Jellyfish, poisonous Pufferfish, and even the man-of-war, all of which have washed up on shore at various times.
Schitovaya Bukhta Beach

Russia’s Schitovaya Bukhta Beach is close to a military base, and so polluted by leaked radiation from nuclear submarines that it requires a special permit to visit. Yet, thousands of people apply for said permits. Why? Because the beach offers excellent surfing.
