What could possibly be wrong with this adorable Darth Vader bear? Well, notice how the back had been restitched? Someone had opened the bear up and stuffed it with weapons like knives to attempt to get through security. The Dark Side indeed.

Speaking of hidden knives, this traveler thought it would be a good idea to smuggle a blade onto a plane by hiding it inside an iPhone case. Looking at the photo, it seems that the blade would have a boxcutter like release switch.
